Jewellery & care
Is the jewellery waterproof?
Yes. Our jewellery is made of high-quality stainless steel and is waterproof: you can shower, swim and exercise with it. It does not rust or tarnish.
What material is the jewellery made of?
All our jewellery is made of high-quality stainless steel. Gold and rose gold pieces have a durable PVD coating with real 18K gold.
Is the jewellery nickel-free?
Yes, all our jewellery is nickel-free and therefore suitable for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewellery?
- Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion or hairspray.
- Clean it now and then with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store each piece separately in a dry place, for example in the Ducett gift box, to prevent scratches.
Mesh bracelets
What is the difference between Mesh and Mesh luxe?
The main difference is the length: the Mesh bracelet is 20.5 cm and the Mesh luxe is 22.5 cm. The luxe has a clip closure and a slightly thicker band, so it feels sturdier. Both bracelets are 10 mm wide and all charms fit both.
How do I open the Mesh luxe closure?
Watch our short video: how to open the Mesh luxe closure.
My Mesh bracelet keeps coming loose. What should I do?
Every Mesh bracelet comes with three stoppers. Two stoppers keep the charms in place; slide the third stopper on after the charms to close the bracelet securely.
How many charms fit on the bracelet?
Charms come in different sizes, so there is no exact maximum. We recommend starting with 6–8 charms. You can always add more later.
Warranty
How much warranty do I get?
All our jewellery and watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use. For stones that come loose, the warranty period is 3 months.
Within the warranty period we replace the item free of charge. If your model is no longer available, you will receive an alternative of equal value or similar style. Read the full warranty conditions.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear, incorrect use or lack of care
- Scratches, broken glass or chips
- Fading or discolouration caused by contact with chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine or cleaning products)
- Watch batteries, or damage to the battery through misuse or accidents
- Damage caused by repairs or alterations by a third party
- Lost or stolen items or parts
How do I make a warranty claim?
